Syonix collects personal information only when you give it to us — through the enquiry form on this site (name, work email, phone number, company, and whatever you write in your message) or by emailing us directly.
What we use it for
Responding to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, running that engagement. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for.
Where it lives
Enquiries arrive as email to our business inbox, hosted with Microsoft 365. We don’t log the content of your enquiry in analytics or telemetry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while your enquiry is active and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it:hello@syonix.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
