Databricks consultants for the gap between a notebook and production.

Most of the Databricks work we inherit runs beautifully in a notebook and nowhere else. We build the ingestion, the Delta tables and the jobs that turn it into something your team can rely on every morning.

What we connect it to

What we do

The three services, on Databricks.

  • Land source systems in Delta without a nightly surprise

Salesforce, NetSuite and the operational databases arrive as Delta tables through Auto Loader or a managed ingestion path, then merge on a stable key so a replay reconciles instead of duplicating. Late and out-of-order records are handled at the table, not patched afterwards inside a report.

  • Take the notebook to something that runs on its own

Logic that works interactively becomes versioned code, tested transformations and a workflow with retries and alerting. Declarative pipelines carry the dependencies where they earn their place, Unity Catalog holds the grants and the lineage, and the layout is something a new engineer can read without a tour.

  • Own the jobs, the grants and the cluster bill

Failed runs nobody sees, all-purpose clusters left running overnight, privileges granted to people rather than groups until nobody can say who reads what. We make the workflows observable, size the compute against what the job needs, move the catalog onto group-based access, and hand the runbooks over.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they call us.

How does a Databricks engagement usually start?

With a fixed discovery of two to three weeks that maps your sources against the catalog and workspace layout, drafts the ingestion contract and bands the effort. Where the build is already defined we begin at scoped delivery instead.

Can you take over a Databricks workspace someone else built?

Yes, and often that is the ask. Notebooks that never became jobs, tables sitting outside Unity Catalog, clusters nobody switched off. We observe what runs today, make it re-runnable, move the governance across, and only then change behaviour.

How is the work priced?

By engagement rather than from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery has a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed at the start, so the number does not move as we go.

Are your Databricks people certified?

Yes. The team holds active Databricks certifications and uses them on real deliveries, including the governance and Genie side of it. We are not sponsored by any vendor, so what we recommend earns us nothing beyond the engagement.
