Epicor consultants for the layer between Kinetic and the rest of the plant.

Epicor Kinetic runs the jobs, the inventory and the orders, and the reporting the rest of the business wants sits just outside it. We build and maintain the paths between Kinetic, your CRM and your data platform.

What we connect it to

What we do

The three services, on Epicor.

  • Get Kinetic talking to the systems either side of it

Customers, parts, jobs and shipments move between Kinetic and your CRM, storefront and data platform over the REST services and business object layer, matched on stable keys so a replay reconciles. Where a customisation sits in the path, we integrate around it rather than through it.

  • Build against the extension points, not around them

Method and data directives, business activity queries and dashboards where Kinetic supports them, custom services and external endpoints where it does not. Extensions are written so an upgrade does not quietly undo them, and business rules sit in configuration your own team can change.

  • Keep the exports and reports honest between upgrades

Inherited queries feeding reports nobody has reconciled, a scheduled export that fails silently, customisations carried through each upgrade by hand. We make the jobs observable, write down what each one is actually for, and hand the runbooks to your team.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they call us.

How does an Epicor engagement usually start?

With a fixed discovery of two to three weeks that maps Kinetic against the systems around it, drafts the integration contract and bands the effort. Where the build is already clear, we start at scoped delivery instead.

Can you take on an Epicor build another team started?

Yes. Inherited directives, queries and export jobs are a normal starting point. We observe what runs today, make it re-runnable, write the runbooks, and only then change behaviour.

How is the work priced?

Per engagement rather than from a rate card. A discovery is a fixed fee for a time-boxed piece of work. A scoped delivery carries a fixed shape and a fixed price agreed up front, so the number does not move as we go.

Are you an Epicor partner?

No. We hold no Epicor certification and no vendor sponsorship, so nothing we recommend earns us anything beyond the engagement itself. What we bring is integration and data engineering applied to Kinetic.
